Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to the dpVault website at drdp.dev, including its project descriptions, resource directory and related pages. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. “dpVault”, “we” and “the operator” refer to the independently maintained website and its operator.

1. Purpose and scope

dpVault introduces independent digital projects and provides a directory of links, resources and assets. It is not a government website, counselling authority, medical provider, financial institution, law firm, publisher or Google product. These terms apply to the dpVault directory only. Each linked application or external provider may have its own terms, policies and eligibility requirements, which apply when you use that service.

2. Acceptable use

You may use dpVault for lawful, personal or professional information and navigation. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its accounts, APIs, infrastructure or protected resources;
• interfere with service operation, bypass access controls, abuse verification workflows or deliberately overload the site;
• use the website to distribute malware, commit fraud, infringe rights or violate applicable law;
• misrepresent your identity, misuse another person's account or use the directory to facilitate unlawful access to third-party material; or
• scrape, copy or republish website content in a way that violates applicable law, intellectual-property rights or reasonable technical restrictions.

The operator may restrict access, remove a listing or take other reasonable steps to protect the website, its users and third parties when misuse or a security concern is identified.

3. Project descriptions and information

Descriptions, screenshots, feature summaries and status labels are provided to explain the general purpose of projects. Features, availability, pricing, access requirements and behaviour may change. A project marked “live” may still experience downtime or limitations; a project marked “in development” may be incomplete or unavailable. Descriptions are not guarantees that a feature will be available to every visitor or at every time.

Reasonable efforts may be made to keep information useful, but the operator does not guarantee that every description, link, resource, date, external page or technical detail is complete, current, accurate or error-free. You should independently verify important information before relying on it.

4. Professional and decision-making disclaimers

Nothing on dpVault is a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances. In particular:

• Medical counselling information: Desire and related descriptions are information and exploration tools, not official counselling advice or a guarantee of eligibility, seat availability, allotment or admission. Verify current rules, seat matrices, fees, deadlines and final decisions with the competent official authorities and institutions.
• Financial simulations: FreedomPlanner scenarios depend on assumptions and user inputs. Projections are illustrative estimates, not guaranteed outcomes, personalised investment advice, tax advice or a promise of future returns. Consider qualified professional advice where appropriate.
• Calendar and productivity tools: Review dates, event details, generated content and requested permissions before relying on or importing them. The operator is not responsible for missed events caused by incorrect source data, third-party changes or user configuration.
• Other tools and resources: Evaluate any output or linked content for your intended use. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken based on information obtained through the directory.

5. Third-party websites, accounts and permissions

Links may lead to independently operated services, external files, code repositories, publishers, advertising providers or authentication systems. The operator does not control their availability, security, content, privacy practices or terms, and linking to a destination does not imply endorsement or guarantee its suitability. Your use of those services is at your own discretion and may require acceptance of separate terms.

When a tool requests access to a third-party account or resource, review the permission screen and grant only permissions you are comfortable with. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for reviewing imported, generated or modified content before use.

6. Intellectual property and resource listings

Unless stated otherwise, the dpVault website design, original descriptions and original code or graphics are owned by the relevant rights holder or used with permission, and are protected by applicable law. Names, logos, works and materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. A listing or link does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to download, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use third-party material.

You are responsible for confirming that your access to and use of an external resource is permitted by the rights holder, licence and applicable law. If you believe a listing infringes copyright, privacy, trademark or another right, email drdpdev@gmail.com with the URL, the material at issue, the nature of the concern and enough information to review it. The operator may investigate and take appropriate action, including correcting, restricting or removing a listing. Sending a report does not guarantee a particular outcome.

7. Availability and changes

The website and its features are provided on an “as available” basis. The operator may update, suspend, limit or discontinue any page, resource, integration or feature, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice where permitted by law. External links can change or become unavailable without the operator's control.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dpVault and its content are provided without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of data, loss of profits, interruption, decisions made in reliance on information, or losses arising from third-party services or external resources. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be waived.

10. Privacy

Use of dpVault is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains the website's information practices. Independently operated applications and third-party services may have separate privacy policies and data-handling practices.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised as the website, its features or applicable requirements evolve. The effective date at the top indicates the latest version. Updated terms apply from publication to the extent permitted by law. You should review this page periodically.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are subject to applicable law. Any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that apply to you remain unaffected. Where permitted by law, disputes relating specifically to dpVault will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the place where the operator is based. This clause does not remove any non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.
